Theatre of Dallas’ critically acclaimed production of “Right Ho, Jeeves!”
Susan portrayed Mrs. Bennet in last season’s “Pride and Prejudice” at
Garland Civic Theatre and also appeared as Penny in GCT’s production of “You
Can’t Take It with You.” Previously, she played Lady Manley-Prowe in
Rotunda Theatre’s “Something’s Afoot” and was Anne Putnam in GCT’s “The
Crucible.” Susan has performed a variety of characters for Texas Radio
Theatre’s productions of “The Abercrombie Forgery,” “Biscotti Family
Christmas,” “Colonel Nickles and the Sea Monkeys of Atlantis,” and “Lunar
Outpost Omega.” Susan is represented by Linda McAllister Talent.

of Atlantis Mike “Razor” Ferro in Lunar Outpost Omega, Al
Biscotti in Biscotti Family Christmas, and Hercule Poirot in The
Abercrombie Forgery for Texas Radio Theater. At the Rotunda Theatre
he’s performed the roles of Col. Gilweather in Something’s Afoot and
Les in Breakfast with Les and Bes. Other roles include the
Headmaster and Anatole in Right Ho, Jeeves at Contemporary Theatre of
Dallas, Mr. Bennet in Pride and Prejudice, Thomas Putnam in The

Crossing Delancey. He is a former president of the Dallas Screenwriters
Association and a member of the DFW Playwrights Alliance. He lives in east
Dallas with his lovely wife Susan and three cats, where he does not raise
ducks.
Dona Safran-ALICE
Dona loves B-Movies and is happy to be a part of anything with
"Schlock" in the title. She has a degree in theatre from the University
of Texas, Austin and has studied at HB Studios in NY and KD Studios in
Dallas. She has acted professionally in Austin and Dallas as Flo in
"Impossible Marriage", Lynn in "Steel Magnolias" and Gertrude in
"Shakespeare for the Modern Man, Lesson 2: Hamlet". She also has
enjoyed appearing in several "Black & White" plays produced by Pegasus
Theatre and Popcorn Melodramas at the Pocket Sandwich Theatre. Voice
work has included several wicked witches and evil queens for Slappy's
Puppet Playhouse as well as the recurring character of Sarah Jones, for
"Cliff Proton, Space Ranger" and creating "The Whisper", both for Texas
Radio Theatre Company.
Mitch Carr-GREAT GUIDANCE
Mitch Carr is part of the Morning Team on KLUV-FM 98.7 in Dallas/Ft.
Worth and has been active in theatrical productions for many years.
Kelly Scott-JOHNNY
Kelly is pleased to be doing her first
Schlock show and always
loves working with Rich and the Texas Radio Theatre folks. Kelly is
mostly a stage director and her last effort was "Dearly Departed" at
Irving Community Theatre. An avid movie watcher and Ranger fan, Kelly
enjoys many things besides theatre, but alas, it is her first love.
She has a BFA in theatre from UT in Austin and a Masters of Science in
directing (go figure that one!) from UNT. Overeducated and under paid
she is very happy to lend her vocal musings to anyone that will listen.
Byran Douglas-BEGORE/PROFESSOR
Richard Milla hails from considerably east
of the Dallas / Fort Worth
area. He could tell you why he’s here but then he’d have to kill you.
So just don’t ask, OK.
The Texas Radio Theatre Company has been foolish enough to allow
Richard (and his surprisingly large collection of hats, spectacles and
ties) to appear in a wide range of roles, including wearing a red Star
Trek shirt and surviving, a superhero-sidekick-wannabe, a marauding
space pirate, jungle explore and a world-famous Victorian novelist.
However, he warns, “Don’t go for the big roles – you’ll be on so often
that all the good stuff’s gone by the time you get to the food”.
When not acting or eating, Richard spends his time not getting his
classic Honda motorcycle up and running, mainly because he’s too busy
hang gliding, paragliding and swing dancing (but not at the same time).
